Mom-n-me (2mths - crawling):
Moms bring your little ones along, as you re-strengthen your post-partum mind and body. Work the entire body with simple and beneficial yoga poses that will re-educate the pelvic floor and core, as well as strengthen the upper and lower body. Sing, interact, play, bond, and laugh with your little one. You'll both get a great workout.
Mommy & Me (2-4):
Mom and child will work and stretch together using creative play, music, games, stories and simple animated yoga poses. Children of this age will surprise you with all the YOGA they can do! Have fun and spend time together in this great, "energetic" yoga class.
Little Yogis and Yoga Kids (3-4) (4-6) (7-9):
Yoga can be so much fun! Children will bark like a dog, and jump like a frog while stretching and strengthening their growing bodies. Children are kept engaged and interested with the use of age appropriate props, games, music and stories. This class will build balance, coordination, social and motor skills. Children will also learn relaxation techniques. All classes are tailored to the specific age group.
Tween & Teen Yoga (10-12) (12 & up):
This class will include yoga postures designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Students will learn techniques to enhance breath awareness and relaxation. Yoga promotes positive self-esteem and self-awareness that is beneficial to all teens in a non-competitive atmosphere.
