Yoga:
This class focuses on the fundamentals. You can expect to learn basic postures and breathing techniques in order to familiarize yourself with Yogic concepts. Suitable for new students and those seeking a gentle start.

Restorative Yoga:
This class uses props to employ gentle therapeutic techniques to release tightness, fatigue, and pain. It's both soothing and regenerating. This class teaches gentle poses to help bring balance and harmony into our demanding lives. Suitable for all students seeking a very gentle practice.

Vinyasa Yoga:
A dynamic flowing style class, which utilizes a system linking breath to movement. It builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration. Students are encouraged to have a foundation of the basic postures.

Ashtanga Yoga:
A set series of postures designed to release toxins, gain strength, flexibility, and promote calmness of mind. Classes are based on principles by Pattabhi Jois. This class requires an adequate amount of stamina and strength. Recommended for intermediate to advanced students.

Mama Yoga Pre Natal:
Every woman has the innate, intuitive wisdom needed for the process of birth. Prenatal Yoga and Pilates is an excellent way to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the challenges of pregnancy and delivery. Sessions help you free the body of tension and discomfort while preparing your mind and body for childbirth. No experience is necessary. All sessions are designed and tailored to meet each client's individual needs and likes. The practice of Yoga and Pilates can help create a world (your body) for your baby that is healthy and at peace. You have nothing to loose except stress.
