Consistent practice develops a strong body and a clear focused mind. A Yoga practice will combine pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas ( poses ), and meditation.
A Yoga practice will create a stronger, balanced, and more flexible body. Certain poses provide a deep massage of the internal organs and glands. This helps to balance the metabolism and in turn helps to regulate weight. You will also experience a release of tension and stress, which liberates vast sources of energy within the body.
What's great about Yoga is the ability for anyone to be successful at any age or fitness level, regardless of limitations. We have developed a diverse program for all ages and physical levels. Classes can also be added by request and demand. Specialty practices can also be designed for sports, teams, or student athletes, on or off -season.
